Information You Choose to Provide
Employers may voluntarily provide contact information, company information, staffing requirements, role details, project needs, and messages. Job seekers may voluntarily provide contact information, resumes, employment history, skills, credentials, availability, job preferences, and application materials. Website visitors may also provide information when they call, email, or submit a form.
How Talent Source Uses Information
Talent Source may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate staffing requests, support recruiting and placement activities, assess candidate qualifications, communicate about opportunities, coordinate hiring steps, maintain business records, and improve recruiting and staffing services.
Jotform, RecruitCRM, Service Providers, and Prospective Employers
Talent requests and resume submissions may be processed through Jotform. Job applications and job-board activity may be processed through RecruitCRM. Talent Source may share relevant information with service providers that support recruiting and staffing operations, and with prospective employers or clients when necessary to evaluate a candidate for an opportunity or fulfill a staffing request.
Retention and California Privacy Review
Talent Source retains information according to operational needs and applicable legal requirements. Specific retention schedules, California privacy-law applicability, and any California-specific applicant notices will be finalized after legal review. This policy does not state a fixed retention period or make unconfirmed legal claims.
