Meet the founder
Jeff Subia
Founder & President • U.S. Navy Veteran
Jeff Subia founded Talent Source in 2024 on a simple premise: hiring shapes everything else a business does, yet many companies are expected to make critical workforce decisions without enough support.
His career has given him a view of those decisions from nearly every side. During his U.S. Navy service, Jeff deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm. He later worked as a paralegal for a bankruptcy law firm in Dallas, worked for mortgage lenders across the United States managing foreclosures and real-estate-owned properties, and served as a corporate recruiter with JPMorgan Chase. Before founding Talent Source, he launched two successful staffing companies in San Diego.
That combination of military, legal, financial, recruiting, and staffing experience gives Jeff a practical understanding of how hiring decisions affect operations, compliance, performance, and people. It is also why he remains personally involved in the relationships Talent Source builds.
